BulletProof Your Back!

Coming Soon @ Destination CrossFit, Walla Walla, WA

Dr. Michael Ross, DC, CSCS, DACRB, will lead an interactive and hands-on 90 minute clinic, at Destination CrossFit, covering functional biomechanics of the low back and hips, common sources of issues, simple preventative exercises to incorporate in any training program, and effective measures to rehabilitate issues/injuries.

Whether you are a 6 days per week CrossFitter, an occasional weightlifter, or a weekend warrior, this clinic will provide you with an understanding of what happens with backs and hips that causes issues/injuries, specifically what to do in order to prevent injury or pain and improve performance, and what to start doing right away to fix your back and hip issues.

Participants will come away with a detailed understanding and specific exercises to put into a plan that can be an effective and efficient adjunct to any workout program.
