Low Back Rehabilitation Clinic

The peer-reviewed medical research and literature has demonstrated over and over that the most effective way to treat “Low Back Trouble” is focused and intensive exercise rehabilitation. While other gimmicks, including stretching, foam rolling, massage guns, lacrosse balls, medication, and passive approaches, may result in temporary feelings of reduced pain, these are not permanent long term solutions. In addition, the standard dogma of clinical care has also not demonstrated long term resolution without the need for lengthy treatment plans, and numerous (sometimes life-long) follow-up care.

Drawing from 48 studies, in a wide range of scientific publications, spanning 55 years of quality research, Dr. Ross and his team apply the most effective and lasting methods of Low Back Rehabilitation that the patient can complete in their own gym, or at home with simple and inexpensive equipment. This is not a long term treatment plan system, this is a training program that the patient completes on their own with occasional coaching visits (only if absolutely necessary) in the clinic to monitor progress and update their program.

Our Low Back Rehabilitation Program is comprised of:

1- Hour Initial Clinical Examination and Functional Assessment - includes take-home initial Rehabilitation Program to be completed at home/gym ($130).

2 or 3 - Thirty to forty (30-40) minute follow-up visits (depending upon initial assessment as well as patient progress on Rehab Program) usually every 2-3 weeks aimed at updating rehabilitation program based upon progress of patient ($65 ea).

2 or 3 - Thirty to forty (30-40) minute follow-up visits usually at 3 or 6 month intervals aimed at updating rehabilitation program based upon progress of patient ($65 ea).

The long-term, as well as short-term, goal is pain free and highly functional independence of the patient without need for further care.
