Coaching with Dr. Ross
“OutRun A Lifter, OutLift A Runner”
Dr. Ross takes on a few individuals every Fall to coach into the next year. Dr. Ross focuses primarily on Strength, Conditioning, and Injury Prevention for Endurance Athletics. This includes rowers, runners, and triathletes, of all ages and levels.
Dr. Ross is a Coach, not a Personal Trainer. This means that he sets up the big picture plan and the individual workouts within the plan, and then gives this to you for you to follow to your goal. He checks in with you every 4-6 weeks to track progress and/or modify the program. If you need a Personal Trainer along the way, Dr. Ross will recommend a qualified Trainer, and he works with you and them to ensure that all aspects of your detailed plan are implemented and followed.
